Uubet Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the uubet platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated as part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. uubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the uubet platform. Registering multiple accounts using different names, details, or identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending further verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. uubet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. 3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a user of the uubet platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Not attempt to hack, manipulate, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
• Not use bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
• Not use the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Respect other users and refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive, threatening, or harassing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payments and Transactions

All transactions on the uubet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, FPX internet banking, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.

All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. uubet is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of a bank or third-party payment provider. For withdrawals, the name on your bank account must match the name registered on your uubet account.

Uubet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete, particularly for transactions exceeding certain limits or flagged as suspicious. Any attempt to submit false bank account information or misrepresent your identity during a withdrawal will result in funds being frozen and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and promotions offered by uubet are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of promotion terms will be voided without prior notice.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Account Policy

Uubet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is credible evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, use of multiple accounts, conduct harmful to the platform or other users, or failure to comply with identity verification requests.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any funds involved in the violating activity. Funds determined to be clean of any rule-breaking activity will be returned once the investigation concludes, at uubet's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Uubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical faults, or errors in odds display. uubet's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the uubet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of uubet and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from uubet.

Third-Party Links

The uubet platform may contain links or references to third-party services. uubet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law and Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia. uubet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
